Spartanburg, S.C. The USC Upstate cross country team will wrap up the 2016 season on Friday as the Spartans travel to Earlysville, Va. for the NCAA Southeast Regional meet hosted by the University of Virginia at Panorama Farms. Admission to the meet is free, however, there is a $5 parking fee.
