Spartanburg, S.C. The USC Upstate cross country team will compete in the sixth, and final, meet of the 2017 season on Friday morning as the Spartans travel to Earlysville, Va. for the NCAA Southeast Regional meet at Panorama Farms hosted by the University of Virginia. Admission to the meet is free, however, there is a $5 parking fee.
